BELARUS-80X

The Belarus MTZ 80X tractor is designed to perform work on cultivating cotton and harvesting raw cotton in row spacings of 90-460 cm, as well as other work in the cotton growing zone.
1. The front axle has one steering wheel.
2. Increased maneuverability due to the increased turning angle of the front wheel.
3. Increased ground clearance under the rear wheel axle shafts to 830 mm due to the installation of additional final drives.
4. Side power take-off shafts, independent and synchronous tail perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tractor.
5. Engine D-243, diesel with direct injection, water cooling.
6. Mechanical differential lock - cam clutch that locks the final drive axle shafts, forced engagement, automatic disengagement.
7. Gearbox: mechanical, eight-speed with 9th gear lock (with a reduction gear that doubles the number of gears).
8. The hydraulic hitch system is universal, separate-unit, with mechanical fixation of the hitch in the transport position.
9. Rear PTO - independent two-speed with hydromechanical control system.
10. Hydraulic volumetric steering with a Danfoss type metering pump.
11. Main and parking brakes — disc, dry. Electrical equipment: generator set with a capacity of 700 W with rectified voltage of 14 V. Starting system with a 12 V starter with a capacity of 4 kW.
The cabin is safe (ROPS), meets OECD requirements; comfortable, with filtration of air supplied by fans, with a heating system; with opening side windows, rear window and roof hatch; with an electric windshield wiper and washer; a modern instrument panel with indicators and devices that control and inform about the operation of the tractor systems.

Optional equipment: front two-wheel axle for transport; travel extender to increase the transport speed of the cotton picker to 20 km/h; spacer to obtain a tractor track of 2400 mm and the possibility of cultivating cotton in 60 cm row spacing with the installation of 9.2-42 or 11.2-42 tires; single-wire or dual-wire pneumatic trailer brake drive system in accordance with ISO and CEE/ECC standards, additional seat, electric rear window wiper, bracket with front weights, towing device.
