The 2PTS-4.5 dump trailer is used for transporting both agricultural goods and construction materials for various purposes. It can handle work on public roads and in the field. The trailer is aggregated with agricultural machinery of the 1.4 t traction class, which is equipped with a separate-aggregate hydraulic system and has a towing hitch in accordance with GOST 2349. A mandatory condition is the presence of terminals for connecting a pneumatic brake system, an unloading mechanism and other electrical equipment on a wheeled tractor. Unloading of the 2PTS-4.5 trailer is three-sided. The innovation of the model is the improved main sides of the trailer, which are made of profile steel sheet on a rolling mill. Due to this, the sides have increased rigidity and an aesthetic appearance. Welding of steel sides is performed using a robotic complex, which has the best effect on the quality of welds. The new improved locking mechanism of the sides made it possible to make the locking of the sides more convenient and reliable. The frame of the add-on sides has become more durable, now made of 60x40x2 pipes. The volume of the body has also increased, which allows transporting larger loads, provided that the vehicle's carrying capacity is not exceeded.
